Third Painting


Self portrait
 My third painting I wanted to try something different from landscapes so I made a self portrait of myself and to be honest i think it went well for my first portrait. On this piece I really loved how my shirt came out the blending of lighter color to darker just looks very smooth and it surprised me because i can not draw close at all, and for the part i did not like was the coloring of my skin it dose it looks a lot more darker then my skin really looks like.

    This piece says so much. The Love, the pain, the joy... The eyes say so much, I feel like as if I can fall into the eyes. The lips look so beautiful and ready for everything. Keep up the good work, bud.

Moon shines over all This is my second piece I have done. On the canvas it is a night setting with a full moon. my idea for this piece came from the time I traveled to Las Vegas I remembered going to the top of the hotel and looking out upon the mountains covering the horizon and on top of that I have gone to Florida and that is were the front of the piece comes from because we parked right in front of a river so I mixed what I saw in Vegas and Florida at the same time. My favorite part of this piece would have to be the river on this one i loved how the reflection turned out. As well the part i did not like about this piece would be the parking lot with the trees it did not have a bunch of detail and turned out flat also the sky in this one did not turn out as well as my first piece. Fifth Painting

Portrait of my cat (Twinkle) For my fifth piece I decided that I was going to make a painting of my cat the reason for this is because I have two pets one is my dog named Jr and since I made one of him I went ahead and made one of her. My favorite part of this piece would have to be the fur at first I did not like the fur mainly for the reason that it did not have the right color for it I try countless times trying to get the color slimier to her light brownish fur. Now for my lease favorite part of this piece is the coloring of the eyes in my mind the eyes look good but it is not like hers her eyes are more of a light green. Paint : Acrylic Canvas Size : 12x16

My First Painting.

Cold Morning This is my first painting i have ever done in my eyes i think i did well since i have never painted anything other then a house white. in the painting its a basic landscape of some trees and a little hill. My favorite part of this piece is the sky mainly it was the most fun to paint and in my eyes looks the best, and the part i do not like is the hill mainly for the reason it looks flat and dose not have much depth as well i wish i spent more time on the know on the trees because they seem too thick and looks weird.
